UE supermaxx diff set - 10.25.2006, 08:32 PM

Will the UE supermaxx 8 spyder diff set fit the G2R? Also does anyone know if the set includes both FRont and rear gearsets for the $300 or is it $300 per complete diff assy?

I'm trying to decide on integy aluminium outer housings and steel 6pc gearset with maxximizer diffcups or if I should use something else. The UE 7.5 sets seem to be great and bulletproof. I'd rather spend the extra $60 for the extra strength.

They won't fit, but FLM and Mike are designing housings to use 1/8th scale gears. Theres a thread on them in the Revo section I believe...

Ok. yes i wanted to use them in the revo. but since they don't fit without FLM yet to be released bulkless I'll go with the original integy outer housings, 6pc steel gearset, and maxximizer cups

YOu can wait for the 1/8th diff conversion from MIke. Whatever you do, don't get the nova revo cups. they are no good, improper engineering.

OK so I borrowed my friends maxx diff setup and swapped out the internals into the revo case and it works perfectly. So aside from different external housings the internals work.

The main difference is the fact that the Revo diffs are sealed...

the supermax diffs appear to be sealed also. 4 o-rings included in kit.
