Hi Popic, welcome aboard!

Can you please look to Dafni's thread with the e-revo? he made a conversion with the e-maxx transmission, but Starscream did a few with the original gearbox.

There even was a guy on this forum who made/sold a conversion kit.

But the easiest way to do it;

Get an e-maxx transmission, with a motorplate, and make some Batterietrays like Squeeforever or Dafni made (dependin on how handy you are with aluminum) the ones Squee made where from an e-maxx frame.

Going electric is rather expensive, you need to get good batteries, a proper charger and a nice setup.

If you can swing it, you can also get the G2r conversion, but since i read 'cheapest way' i don't think that's an option.

Yeah, what i would do is make a motormount that would fit onto the original nitro motorholder.(easy for gear meshing between the spur and the pinion) Other than that, you need to look for a place to keep your batteries.

the same way you brake now, With the mechanical brake. you need to use a Y adapter to split the throttle channel

You can also look for a way to fix the one way bearing to the shaft, or lock the 2 speed crown to the gear. (with the fixed gears, you won't have got a 2 speed anymore)

I have successfully locked secong gear in the stock Revo transmission and it works well. This thread talks all about it, but below is a picture of the modification I used to lock it. This allows me to use reverse and motor brake (no brake servo). There is another member, b0gh0s, who has an adaptor to lock it as well.

That's a nice motormount!

Easy drop-in.

That is a nice motor mount if you use a shorter can motor. However, longer "XL" size cans may be a tad too long and interfere with the suspension arm, especially if the motor wires come out the back of the motor (instead of out the side of the motor).

If that is the case, you will need to design the motor mount so the motor sits higher up to allow suspension arm clearance. Unfortunately, this may cause pronounced flex in the mount, especially when landing from jumps. This flex will affect the mesh and mess up the spur.

In that becomes a problem, I recommend finding a way to support the other end of the motor via some type of bracket. I actually used a thick piece of very firm rubber under the motor as a support and it seems to work well.

A single Titan will be a bit overworked IMO.
