Mike!!! Lehner Motors!!! - 03.03.2007, 04:16 AM

What the heck. It seems like forever. These Germans are really starting to piss me off. Why are they so slow?!?!?!?

(no offense to any Germans out there. Just these particular Germans. :))

LOL!, i can smell your frustration..

I know it takes a while before they are ready, but it's taking ages now..

In the mean time you can pollish the aluminum, put ptfe on the driveshafts and clean your body.. (of the vehicle that is..)

Another rather cool option would be a Neu motor..

I have got nothing against them.. Plus they are available.. And this is something i think you guys like.. It's made in the US!! (meaning you can make pics of it with the US flag on the background!) (coughcoughFLMcough)

I'm currently running it with an old 9XL I have, but all of my other setups are Lehner or Neu motors and now I'm spoiled and the Feigao's just dont cut it anymore. Plus the 9xl just isnt enough power. :)

I'm trying to get my XLB setup for some serious speed runs. I'm targeting 70mph. :026: The 1950/7 on 6s is just what the doctor ordered. (5s for general bashing) Just ordered the GPS the other day. Should be here soon. Today maybe.

NOW ALL I NEED IS THE MOTOR!!!

I am a bit frustrated with the Lehner situation myself. They are great motors, but sadly the distributors don't perform nearly as well as the motors and they take FOREVER to get here. Hopefully a few motors will arrive next week - they were supposed to be ready last week. :)

Well at least I know there is one thing I can count on...

Once you get them in stock and I get my order in to you, it'll get shipped quickly. :)

Good thing your in Chicago...cause if you crash that thing at 70mph I'll still hear the boom here in LA - LOL

70mph is damn fast for an XLB...

PS. Mike I sent you an E-Mail on getting my 1950/6 Hi-Amp. I'm going to order it now and hopefully it will be here by summer lol.
