SPC Battery Question - 03.24.2007, 10:50 PM

I was just wondering in looking at the configs SPC offers for their 7 cell IB packs, what layout matches the Traxxas style 7 cell pack (found in the E-Maxx instructions)?

"2. A hump pack with the 7th cell facing down and to the front of the truck. Requires the front slots of the battery trays be cut out of the chassis and the chassis widened slightly in that area to allow the 7th cell and battery bars to slip through. It takes about 10 minutes to modify the chassis and is very easy to do. This also allows the use of the stock battery hold-down straps. This is the best setup for running 7-cell packs and is our personal favorite. The packs are not covered with full length shrink wrap due to clearance constraints, so extreme caution must be used to avoid shorting or electrically conductive contact with the packs and/or cell ends."

Is that the right layout? For some reason, maybe I'm mildy retarded, but I just can't seem to make sense of what they are saying there. Somebody HELP! I need my beast back on the road ASAP so I desperately need some new batts.
