MGM USBCOM+ PC connectivity issue. - 09.14.2007, 05:46 PM

Alright, i think i've done all i can without ordering the USBCOM to MGM controller adapter cable to see if that will work. According to another member on here and the mgm instructions, you can hook the MGM compro controller directly to the USBCOM adapter. The computer seems to be recognizing the USBCOM adapter ok, but i cant get it to link up with / recognize the controller. I have everything wired up including the main battery just like the instructions state, but she aint workin! Anyone else have luck getting the compro to link up to a PC?? I want to see the peak amp data and stuff it stores.

Make sure the pin connection on the usb adapter is correct with the rx cable from the esc. plug in your batterypack to your esc then turn on the switch. It then takes a few seconds for it to show the controller in the software.

The Compro 160 that Mike just got back in stock. Got the basic programming through the transmitter done, but i still need to re-read the instructions and get the hang of programming the othjer features. I still cant get the thing to interface with the PC. Im gonna order the other cable Mike offers and see if it will help.
