Motor plugs on a lehner 2250 - 01.08.2008, 02:20 PM

Well, my 2250 is not messed up as i thought origionally. So i plan to put it in my LSP pro-R truggy, Using a RC-Monster mount (modded to fit the 2250, Will show pics soon) My question, to you guys is, The Quark i got has 5mm plugs setup on it now, the motor has 3.5mm female sockets attached to the motor. Would it hurt anything to run jumper wires as an adapterbetween the two different plugs? I'd like to keep the 5mm's on the quark so i can move it from time to time. Also, Is it possible to solder the 3.5mm male plugs into the lehner female sockets without messing up the motor? I might not try, but been wondering if the sockets wear out, if its possible. Hate to waste a 300-400 dollar motor

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise
