The arming thing is to do with synth. radios, the TX needs a little more time to connect up to the RX, so the arming sequence has been slowed doen abit to prevent a runaway from occuring. More info about the updates is in the CC sub-section. When you say it locks up at full throttle, is this when you are running the vehicle or its just on a stand testing it?

Also What radio are you using? If it's a spektrum or something else with built in failsafe is it set correctly?

hey i just noticed that mine is beeping once with/all three lights coming on from a neutral position while sitting on stand, using spektrum, and i had to reprogram the esc. once i updated the firmware

**sitting on stand it will do this about once every 30 sec.

so turn it on and see if yours does this

also hooked up to the hvmaxx 4.5 motor , will try to see if it does this on the 9xl

It's probably a good idea to reprogram your radio to the ESC anytime an update is done, especially with something as big as this update...

My guess is the batteries - You are pulling too many amps and your batteries can't take it.

Voltage is dropping and esc is resetting...

entj - yes mine does the same - Lots of music (beeping) too when running at low speeds esp reverse...

Still some cogging on my MBX5T :( - Need to play with some settings :`-(

Mine is now giving beep every few seconds when the radio is turned off after driving the car. Think it's a "failsafe" indicator...

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...
