well after doing some reading on the "net" I found out that folks consider the perfect combo would be the mamba 2200kv motor paired with the RX8 ESC. I bleieve I read somewhere at multiple forums...

I was thinking of buying a kershaw design 1/6 scale revo and I have 3 mamba monsters lying around myself....then pick up some 22.2v 6s lipo pack like two of them and run them.....

whats the final conclusion is the RX8 esc or motor set better than the mamba monster? It seems the RX8 by spec is better than mamba monster, but motor runs hotter than than the 2200?

yeah your about close on the estimate (based on my estimate also) its fater than an emaxx on 14 cells they claim 35 or so im claming 40 on this truck with the FAT joes on there its still fast enough...
