Nope, all the 15xx series motors have standard 25mm mounting patterns so far as I know- it'll say on the Neu website:

Yep, thought it was.

Cant remember if the guy used a 1y or 1.5d, think it was the latter- the thread is around here somewhere...

found it. 'Twas the 1900kv 1.5d motor- the vid is just nuts, you need a runway to test a truck like that

We have been waiting.... For a while.

A 1521 is a great motor for a heavier monster truck. I run one in my muggy, and plan to give it a try in the 6x6 lst as well. I will gear it a bit lower in that truck, say 35-37mph. It is a 1y - 1577 kv, so a great 6s motor. I also have 1521 2y and 2.5y motors, 10-12s in those (with the right controller).

Willing to sell that 1521 1Y in the future?

They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.

Not likely... I have 2 of them as well, but I have a feeling they will both be put to use, and i may buy more. I want to compare the cc/neu (I have a few of those too) to the 1521, both on 6s, and see if the higher rpm and lower gearing makes up for the shorter rotor. I have a feeling the 1521 will produce better temps, but we will see.
