So I've got a pletty big maxximum with fan but its running hot like 200degrees hot.

Ive tried adjusting gearing higher and lower, neither had any effect on temperature. Its not really warm out...

yes they both run off the same Tx. The MMM are hooked into a servo y-harness into the Rx. I cut the red wire on one leg of the y-harness to keep the BEC's from both trying to power the Rx.
