Getting the Pinion to stay on the motor shaft?

I'll have to look at that. It didn't look crooked, but i also didn't consider the possibility that it could be crooked. I figured when the motor was tightened down it would flatten itself out as long as something wasn't between the motor and the mount.

In my case, it was the motor mount itself that was misaligned, not the motor to the mount - if that makes sense.
