I still don't see any angle in person. Here's shots from the other side. I can see where some shots what looks like an angle, but thats just lens distortion.

It looks straight as an arrow. I don't see how it could be crooked at all. I'm using the factory diff mounts, I just turned the diff 180*. Nothing has been elongated or drilled in any way as far as the mounts go. The only way it could be off at this point is the RCM mount was drilled wrong. And I hesitate to say that. Its done by a CNC machine, the chances of it being drilled are small.

I filed down the set screw to a flat edge and brought the truck with me to work. I'll use my lunch to flog it on 6S and see what happens.
