That is a TrueRC 4S1P 5000mah battery, you can go to Truerc.com and check out the packs, he offers many different setups. I mostly went with them because they were such a good value and I heard good things about them here.
If you're reffering to the Novak HV motors then no, they will not fit the Tekno conversion. The Elektri-clutch only works with motors that have a 5mm shaft, such as Neu, Fiego/Nemesis/Wanderer. The Novak has a 3.something shaft. If, however, it did have a bigger dia shaft, it would fit (you were thinking it might be too long, it wouldn't, I have a very long motor on mine plus the RC-Monster heatsink and it still fits).

You could try one of mike's bore adapters to up the novak shaft size to 5mm. Problem is that alot of people say that the novak shafts break easily and the weight of the clutchbell and flywheel will only make that worse. Best to stick to a motor with a 5mm shaft. Not sure why novak don't make a replacement rotor and bearings that have a 5mm shaft.

Actually, it might not. I thought they were breaking because of the "shocks and jarring" a direct drive translates to the motor, the clutch may help alleviate that because it is not always engaged. Maybe not though, just a thought

I heard a rumor that they were coming out with another HV system with 5mm motors? Anybody else hear this?

Wow - I looked at that pack a while back and thought about getting one. I decided against it as the specs were a bit borderline and I didn't want to blow it up. True RC lists the 50A continuous and 75A max burst with "Field tested to 113A burst". I've Eagle tree'd my Revo set-up and it was right at the fringe. Looks like you've confirmed their specs. Do you have an Eagletree Matt? I'd be interested in seeing what your setup is doing. FWIW - I'm running a 3S 8000 Maxamps pack.

I don't have an Eagletree but I do want to get one, I too am interested in what kinda of amps I'm pulling. How easy is it pull out and put in? Maybe next time we're at the track you could toss it in my Revo and drive it around for a couple laps, or, you could run my battery on your setup. By the way, since mine is a 4S and yours is 3S, it might lower the amps a bit. I want to get a TrueRC 4S2P 8000 pack, they're not as long or wide and would fit the tray better, plus, I won't have to worry about finishing the main.

I don't know the speed, I'll plug it into Brians calculator and get an estimate, but it's plenty fast for the track. Runtime is around 12-18 min, depending on how hard I'm driving. It weighs slighty more then my nitro setup but I don't notice the weight at all, hopefully I'll get an actual weight this week. Temps are listed already, but it was like 160 motor, 115 ESC, 110-120 battery. Expect lower temps with a better motor like a neu.
