New questions: what would be the best combo (as cash "is" an issue):

Two Turnigy 3S 5000, 30C with a ccneu 2200kv motor

Or

One very good 5S battery from Mike with my current 9XL.

Also, I know that volts = power, mAh = runtime. Does the C rating affect either power or runtime?

As I said my goal is not to have the fastest truck possible; rather I'd like to have the most reliable truck. I just want to be able to go out with fully charged batteries, bash until the LV cut-off engages and go back home without having to worry about the packs.

IF your running 2 packs;
Not to pull $ out from under Mike but I'd consider 2-3000mah or 2-4000mah
5s packs and Castle 2200 ?


I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
