The small pinion size doesn't bother me, don't quit understand why is does to some guys as you mention ?
FYI, not sure of tire radius either, using the VTX Prolines with the 4" rims and super low profile tire. I guessed with the calc at 5" with .25 balloning so if they are shorter or taller I should be OK either way ?

The CD is going to be really forward so I'll have to cut and reweld center shafts me thinks. No problem w/that, have welder here at home and the only bitch is making them spin true. I've done it countless times prior, just need patience. I do have a bunch of left over CVD's and axles from many other prodjects so I might get lucky with one but I doubt I'll score both ?

I have 4 of these packs and wanted to keep it light as possible so I'll be using one at a time. I should get decent run time, 10-12 minutes ???
