Cells 2, 3, and 4 flashing mean those cells are higher voltage and the LBA is slowly discharging them until they get to whatever cell 1 voltage is.
The LBA is fairly sensitive so different LEDs might go on and off. That is normal. If the LEDs go from flashing to solid, that means the imbalance is larger and you should reduce the charge current so the balancer has time to discharge the high cells before the charger gets to the CV mode. |
