OK i popped the stock blue rubber sealed bearing in the idlers
now im afraid how am i gonna take the bearings off??
i had a hard time putting the bearing in the idlers
i had to use a rubber hammer to put em in
If you had to use a hammer, the bearing might not have seated correctly. Next time try aligning them with the idler shaft while inserting. Another possibility is that the idler just has a very close tolerance between the two surfaces. I don't own one of these personally, but I believe there is a ridge in the middle to seperate the bearings? Try applying force with a flat screwdriver in a circular fashion in between the two bearings. Then again, you might have jammed them in there pretty well.
*disclaimer~ I don't own these, so I may be incorrect!
Mike (or anybody else who has these), if you don't mind me asking, what's the weight on these?
yeah theres a lil ring thing in the middle to separate the two bearings
sorry I didnt weight em b4 putting the bearings in
so dont know the weight
plus they alrdy in my tranny =)
