I think the size of the motor makes a diference the magnetic force with the sloted rotors is a lot stronger with the 1515 compared to the 1506 Neu when you spin the rotor the 1515 is a lot harder to spin and you feel a lot more resistance then the 1506 motor this could be the cause of the cogging with the larger Neu's.:032:

The 1506 motor looks like it's built the same way as the larger Neu's visually.? It's the same diameter just shorter then the other 15 series motors.
