Need a lil BL help

OK, I got the motor taken apart and there is nothing wrong with the magnets or the inside of the motor. The magnets are still in line and very solidly in place. The inside of the motor had just a lil dirt in it but nothing serious, so I dunno. I guess I will put it back together and see what happens.

Another motor I have I took it apart too and found that the whole magnet looks like it blew up, well atleast the outer covering blew off. Because there are pieces of metal stuck to the magnet and the inside of the can is kinda messed up. I guess I can send it back to the shop where I got it.

Any more ideas guys?? Thanks for all the help guys.
