Mamba Max will work great with Lehner motors, at least up to 4s (with UBEC). Some have had luck at 5s as well, but that may be asking too much.

i have a MM paired with a LMT 1940/7 hi amp... it runs smooth as silk on 4s a123 packs. haven't really tried it out thoroughly yet on 5s2p. if you overgear it, it won't cog but you can tell it's smoother when geared correctly.

Xray XT8 (Neu powered) MMM on 5s
MD 500 scale heli - castle HV-45 on 3s
Eflite Blade 400 heli on 3s

I race with maxd out. He runs a Lehner 1940 7t hi-amp, gorillamaxx chassis (G2 I think), racer-X arms, 8 racer-X upershocks, 1/8th diffs, VBS, sliperential (geared 40/18 I think), koolflight UBEC and 2 trackpower packs in series.

Upload a pic to a hosting account like photobucket or whatever, then just copy the img code and paste it into a new post.

lol, that's big enough to BE the chassis! Slap the F/R suspensions on there and you're half done making a new truck!

That's not the burnt controller, it's his 32/170 that he can't fit his car anymore, because the slipperential is in the way. The burnt one I think is a 18.120 or 18.97 or something like that. There's about 4 people at racing that use Schulze's, and they don't seem to be having problems with them during races...only when they short them out.
He did use the 32/170 in his old car (used the chassis that I now use) with 24 cells, a hacker and did 106kph (66mph) a couple of years ago. I didn't get to go to that day, but I've seen the vid of it. Got pretty close to disaster.
