Looking for a speed controler for Neu 1515/1D motor

Ok, thans agiain for this info. I am starting to learn a bit more about all of this now.
I guess the question is now, what is a UBEC or CCBEC for the MM ?

I haven't heard of these before, only what peole are telling me.
If this could help me cool things down it would be worth looking into.

Doese anyone have any links to what they are and where to get them form?
I am pretty interesetd to find out more about these.
