I'm sure it was the dynamic torque setting that was wrong. The default is soft start. Now its got good power, more like what I was expecting. Still getting some cogging from a dead stop but much more driveable. Pulled a few wheelies. Stopped running when I dropped a driveshaft pin and lost my rear drive. Now that it works I'll go through and loctite everything.

Thanks for the help, I'll get some video up asap.
