A new 9920 is actually cheaper than a MM. MM is $137, the 9920 is $125 in the RCM store and you dont need a UBEC for the 9920.

A MM is a better ecs from the standoint of the built in LVC and programability, but on 4s you do need to use a UBEC. The other plus side is the MM is supposed to be "splashproof" which in your situation would have been very nice to have.
