To start I would send TRAXAS an email just like you did here and ask for their support in the matter. We both know that they want to maintain their reputation, and this is not a good thing to have happening with their newest EMAXX product. Maybe it is a deffective batch of servos, or they may need to change the servo specs to accomodate the application. Kind of like a recall. That looks like a definite material failure/defect to me. I guess we are still going to have to upgrade the steering servos to the hi torque type on our own to keep up with the vehicles pounding. Keep us informed of what they tell you Sikes.
