Lipo Cooling Station

After viewing the chinese vs korean LiPo thread I will amend this post accordingly with a different viewpoint to that in my last.

If you use one of those peltier devices with a compartment on each side you could have a LiPo warmer and a subC/chinese LiPo cooler in one neat package, I wonder what is more effective at cooling, a cold compartment with still air or a fan blown tube at ambient.
