I run 3 different drag rustys, and each of them use a different setup....

one has the HPI dogbone setup, one has the MIP cvds and one has the traxxas steel yokes.....all of them work really well....i just found that running with a 4s, there's no way to keep the stock stub axles and yokes from getting shredded.

nice setup Takedown......how is the gearing for the hacker motors? it looks like you're geared really low for high speed runs....for me to get around the 80mph mark i gotta run like this:

60 spur/40pinion

Ok this may seem a little funny but I got my prototype front downforce wing on and it looks somewhat promising. I wont be able to test it until tommoro when I get my new yokes but let me know what you guys think...

If you pic the right body and lay it out properly, you will only need a rear wing for downforce and keep it tracking straight. The peeps that dragrace rustlers in San Antonio, don't use any front wings.

Most definately! The Master is running cold on 5s with the rustler with the 8xl. I think it'll do fine.

Very nice rustler Takedown. I think if you got a body, maybe it would stay on the ground. (yeah right lol)
