Pulling heat waway from the heatsink is the goal. It is achieved more effectively by blowing air over the heatsinks vs. a fan pulling air away from it. test this. Perhaps the computer folks know more about bits and bytes than they do about heat dissipation. Test it yourself and let us know the results (though I already know what you will find).
Nitro- I do have the fans. They are wired to the positive and negative leads on the controller(so when the batteries are plugged in, the fan comes on).
