I'm reeaaalllly glad I read that last reply. Ive had my neo/16024 for 6 mos. and had almost given up. I never manually put the esc into programming mode. Only connected to pc, input my settings, and turned it on. After I read the reply I set the forward/neutral/reverse from the remote and that was it. Awesome power!!!! Now I only need to figure out how to stop it from flipping on its lid............lol. Much better problem to have to try and fix!!! THanks for your help. You guys are awesome.

It sounds like you may have some one on one attention for this thing. Please come back and let us know how it goes and what the resolution was. I have the MGM 160/24 comming and want to know what you came up with, because it may help me when I get ready to use it. Good luck TDC57.
