Sounds good artur, keep us posted! I am still running the modded mm you sent me in my revo, it works well and stays very cool. Startup and overall feel is much improved over the stock mm.
I can't wait for the MMM I have no patience. But whenever it comes out Ill be sure to grab one.
GriffinRU - I noticed your from MD. What part? I'm in Mount Airy. I work at Northrop Grumman in Sykesville. You sound like you know your stuff. I try to get me EE buddies to get into the RC's but they never seem interested.

Long story short, the solder from one of the caps was touching one of the buss leads. It actually had 12 burnt fet's and 2 that were cracked from taking the heat sink off. It has a few lifted traces and 3 of the copper sleeves that interconnect the pcb were pulled out so it took a little creative soldering.
I didn't keep the mod though, didn't want to spend the time if it wasn't going to work and I'm not taking it apart again to try. So at this point it just has the better caps, diode, and deans wet noodle wire. Think I'll attach a fan and call it good.
If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

You can do it
Nowadays broken Mamba's on eBay have some value...
riffenRU has a few, I've got one that had a few traces lifted, but would require a skilled hand to make function again...
How bad is the damage to your brain board?
Well, many of the little circular clamps the board jumpers solder into came out so I can't solder the jumpers in. Had a few traces lift as well so it's beyond my skills at this point.
