If there is anything I learned during 6 years of Compaq tech support followed by 3 years of desktop and 3 years of server support for large enterprises is there are some real ID10T's out there that would wire it up the other way. The labeling is a great idea and liability out for the company should it get hooked up wrong and someone get hurt ;)

Did you hook up the red and black wires from the battery to the red and black wires from the esc? no? Well I'm sorry sir that is the problem and unfortunately for you the directions provided were not followed and your warranty has been voided. thank you for calling.
