Yes. Like I said, shipping is fast. He also communicates fast via emails considering I'm in the military stationed overseas. He's from San Diego and get his batteries directly from Neu.

I just returned my 5S pack to exchange it for a pair of 25C 3S1P 5000 mah for $230 shipped. He gave me a good discount for being in the military . It's $133 each without my discount.
