It should be done by the bash. I have a Feigao 9xl I can use in it. And I am looking everywhere for a MM ESC (I have sent messages to probably 5 people about one). As soon as I find one to buy, I'll order a battery... probably the Flightpower 4s 5350mah pack and it'll be ready to go. As for my Revo, I just hope I get the MMM by then, because once I know its on the way, I'll order the 6s pack for it too.

And after all thats done, there will be a long period where I'll try to spend VERY, VERY little on rc's.

Josh,
I'll let you use my 5s for while before you buy some, 4s is perfect thou..

Looking real good SIR.. You might want to consider a 1512 2.5D s. remember s = larger gearing choices..

I hope you have it completed by the BASH... what a bout the body (?) are you painting one up (?)

Have a great one and let me know if I need to send you out the 5s prior to the bash for experimental reasons..

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

Thats so cool you will do that! Very cool!

Jnev, Id talk to jhautz, he races BL buggys alot. And I know he runs 5s. I really dont think 6s is needed for racing a buggy, maybe for truggy.

I was never planning on running 6s in the buggy... the 6s battery was for the Revo. I already have a MM ESC on the way as well as some Badlands tires and a couple other items. After hearing about riceman and Matthew_Armeni having great success with running 6s on the MM ESC, I think I will go with a 5s battery. Hopefully everything will be ok with the MM if I run 5s on it and nothing smokes. So sometime at the beginning of August, I'll order the rest of the stuff like the battery, body, gear(s), and UBEC.

I'll keep you all updated.

Don't even worry about the battery TDC... Unfortunately, I haven't even gotten a chance to try out Neu motor. The MMM ESC just seems to not ever want to come out to the public... So until then, all I can really do is wait. That is also why I am probably going to go with 4s now in the buggy... so that I can use the MM ESC which I have ordered and is on the way. I am just too afraid of something going wrong with the ESC if I put 5s through it...

Wasn't expecting to, but I couldn't pass up the deal. Looks like I have a Tekno Neu 1515/1y and a modded MM ESC to handle 5s coming in the mail. So now I have a MM 5700 system and Feigao 9xl motor for sale...

I'll keep you all updated with pictures. And I forgot to mention that some badlands tires are coming as well. So now all I need to order is a battery...

The battery tray is 48mm x 144mm. Wow, those are old pictures... many things have changed since then.
