The Revo runs awesome on 4s with MM. My original set up was: MM ESC, Feigao 9xl, UBEC, TrueRC 4s 8000mah lipo pack. Ran absolutely flawlessly all the time.

Here are some video's of it:

Is there a better motor, as far as quality that i could run, thinking about the medusa? Or possibly a Neu

The best made motors in the us are Neu motors. A 1515 1y would be good for 4s lipo. Quite a few are having success with the medusa 36/60/2000 motor in revos. Are you going to lock it in 2nd gear and use motors brakes, or stick with mech brakes?

I'm using an emaxx transmission with a 9XL on 5s2p A123 22/66 but will be moving to a Castle 2200 1Y on 6s2p A123 - gearing not fixed yet 18/22 would be a first guess

hmm, my budget is a little to low for a NEU so i think i may go with a medusa motor, or maybe for the time being a feigao.

I would get the medusa v2 60mm 2000 if you can find one or are happy to wait...

If you are prepped to wait until set i would look at the MMM combo.

If you don't want to wait go for a 9xl and mild mod MM
