3905 chassis - 08.01.2008, 10:35 PM

Hey, rcm. I got the 3906 maxx, and looking to convert my 3906 chassis into the 3905. Is it possible? Will my 3906 maxx parts just swap over? Or will they be too short?

I am wanting to run the dual vxl system, but the 3906 chassis doesn't have enough room for it.

Ive seen it done a few ways... or you could buy an flm chassis ? Like the pic... or put 1 vxl infront of tranny , 1 behind and the receiver on shock tower

The 3905 chassis is a great improvement over stock, however for the money, I agree the FLM would be the best bet.

Good luck with the project.
