Zippy taps and Hyperion LBA6 Balancer - 08.23.2008, 11:45 PM

What taps are on the Zippy lipos .

I use a Hyperion balancer and have adapters for TP and JST taps but they don't fit the Zippy ?

Ok , i have the JST EH adapters which don't fit and just looked at the JST XH adapters on AMains site which look like the correct ones , thanks
Never new there were two types of JST taps .

Next problem is i have the older Hyperion LBA6 balancer which i have had for 3-4 years , wouldn't be a problem but my adapters for TP and JST to Hyperion don't fit the Hyperion LBA6 balancer

The LBA6 has 8 pins to connect to but the Hyperion to TP / JST adapters i got only have 7 pins , don't get it because i got them from Hyperion ?
Don't tell me the newer LBA10 balancer has 7 pins and i have to buy one to use these adapters .

I have a a LBa6 balancer and the adapters you can buy wont fit, I have a Hyperion 0610i charger that has a builtin LBa10 and I use that.....I havnt found an adapter that will connect the LBa6 to a new tap......kinda makes the LBa6 wothless.......

Thanks for confirming that , don't know why they changed the connector on the LBA10 from the one they had on the LBA6 . Probably to make people have to buy the new balancer . My LBA6 is like brand new and works great

This I believe is what you need- assuming all the different zippies still use the same align style connectors (JST-XH).
