Disregard the above post, those mods are only "needed" on a Mamba Max "MM" esc and not required on the Monster MMM
For the pinions Mike sells them here

or you could use Novak, Robinson or Century
I don't have an E-Revo (yet) but I'd imagine as long as you keep your slipper functional 32p gears are fine. You can always upgrade if needed.

Information passed on in a gentlemanly manner is what I was trying to do. Can the MMM be run with complete disreguard to the above information...I have seen two of the V2,s go up in smoke and one of them just shut down in the past 7 days. You mentioned switching to a different pitch of spur gear, if needed but you didnt mention how, what parts fit or any details of a spur that mates up to the E-Revo trans to use what ever other pitch you are talking about. You information requires more information but thanks anyway.
