Are you sure its not as simple as using the right insert? If you're using the wrong insert, they'll strip soon aas you put a good torque load on it. I've not had any trouble with mine and I'm pretty rough on it.

I just upgraded mine to powerline alum strg arms with brgs. The kimbrough is still doing great job and the little slop that was there is now gone.

Yes, we ran through all the inserts in both the Kimbrough and the stock saver. For some reason, they just aren't holding up on his.
