New MGM controllers (up to 15s!)

Not sure if it says on the website, but do these controllers have a built in lvc? Specially the 28025, it says it has:

When batt. low (almost empty) - motor power reduction
When batt. low (almost empty) - instant motor cut-off

But wasn't sure if this was programmable? So do you need to get an lvc with this controller?
