Hello my friends...

I am going to be building my own chassis for this project.... Any reason I shouldnt center the diff when i do so? The supports will be history as i will be using a top and bottom plate design and will attach in the center to the diff support as well I cant seem to think of any reason it wouldn't be better but wanted to get some more opinions!

if you get rid of those supports I dont see why not, except the battery side is kind of nice offset for a little more room

also a guy said, the original lst (skinnier) axels are the same as the centers on the muggy and lst2 (but longer) if you wanted to extend it but use same stuff and cheap

Jay that is a great tip! thanks man. So you are saying other then lenghth they are exactly the same? that is awesome Do you know the difference?

just noticed you said skinier.... May not work this will be a very high power app.... how much skinier? thanks :)

the drive axels on the lst are the same dia. as the center shafts on the lst2. The lst2 has thicker drive shafts, so does the muggy ( at least mine it was changed a bit as I bought it used so cant say for sure). The axels off the lst will work as a center shaft for the muggy/ lst2, its the same Dia. as stock, not skinnier, same as. just longer, obviously same length as stock axels ( not known offhand) So it should hold the brushless just aswell as stock, provided it doesnt hit some centrifugal weakening point Briang can calculate (dont hit me)

THey are just thrown on there ;) There will be a custom black cowprint on white body.... Super heavy black spots in the front fenders and hood with barely any in the rear...The blacks will be in front and the white in the rear.... Will be different but similiarily chopped body too so I did them on the sides just cause it would look ugly with this body ;)

If you plan to offroad it, get some shock socks for it. I got the outerwears ones and they keep the dirt out of the threads on the shock body nicely. The drivetrain can handle anything you throw at it. There are people running Neu 1521s in these things and they don't come apart. I beat mine around with a 1515 and it will not break. GREAT truck overall, you made a good purchase. There are Ti-Ni coated diff gears for it, but I doubt you'll need them.

The chopped look is certainly something new for it, IMO it looks pretty good.
