my mmm v1 dead today, will CC response this? -

my mmm v1 dead today. Will CC repair or response this case? i charged my lipo 6s fully and play for one minute and flame on mmm speed, like my pictures.
- servo is hitec 5955
- external bec
- 6s lipo (20c per each) 4000 mah
- e-maxx tranny with 68t spur and 18t pinion
- motor feigao 9XL

CC is replacing all damaged V1 ESC's, they are not repairing them so you will get back a new replacement ESC. The warranty is 1 year as well so you are well within the warranty period. Call them up and send it back.

The way we are handling V1 is this -- we will replace any V1, in warranty, out of warranty, etc.

how should i do? Would you replace new one of v2 or new version? because v2 is still problems.

Patrick, My v1 died 3 weeks ago along w/a cc bec, all purchased here at RCM...w/in the last 6 months...Last week my computer crashed and took w/it the receipts I was storing on it for these purchases...my question is this, will it still be ok to sent them in for replacement?

I think Patrick has said all V1's will be replaced, regardless of age. (thats the way I interpreted this quote)

Yeah, that's right. You won't need a receipt because all Monsters are still in warranty.

Can you get a credit card statement or something to prove it? I don't know if you can check previous orders with RC-M like you can Tower, Amain, etc.
The Monster hasn't even been out a year yet, it's hard to be out of warranty
