First off I would like to say I am sorry for hijacking your thread. I am looking to converting my revo platinum with the RC tekno conversion kit, will it come with everything I need. I am alittle confused about the electric clutch. Does it you the nitro clutch assembly off the nitro motor? Nice conversion, hope that mine turns out as well as yours. Also its good to know that the motor mount still enables you to use the rear breaks.

cwallis go with the teknorc brushless conversion, you will not be dissapointed, by far the best way to get a brushless revo with the best things of nitro (cluthc and mechanical brakes) and power and easy going of brushless.
In the kit you will get al what you need to convert your revo, except motor, esc and battery, i suggest to use a 5000 mah 4s lipo. You can use the bell, the cluthc and the flywheel of the stock revo,

Now i have a question for people with a tekno revo and a center diff installed (sorry about hijacking this thread, but maybe is better to ask here than post a new thread). My friend have a tekno revo too and he installed the center diff cause with a 2600kv neu the car was always doing wheelies and he was looking to perform the car, so he installed and instantly removed cause he says that the front wheels get more power than the rear wheels and it doesnt perform too well. Im not able to explain myself quite better cause my english is very bad but hope you understand what i mean. So the question is; your tekno revo with center diff and a powerfull motor works good? which silicone oil you use on it?
Thanks for all, best regards maximiliano

I started out with a Neu 2700kv/3S setup in my Revo and am currently running 2200kv/4S. To tame the wheelies try using a very thick diff oil in the center diff. I'm running Kyosho 500k.
