How much brazing / solder do you have on the motor wires prior to going into the plugs??..

I’ve never had this issue but than again the largest Neu I have a 1515 3d. Shit that just sucks.. I would hate to say cut the wires down, (for what it’s worth) I’ve got a drill press at home and can fab you up some this weekend if that helps ??. but I’m traveling all week thou so it wont go out until next Monday..

Sorry Jordan, Call Mike and ask him or PM metalman.. That’s bites!..

Best of luck sir..

Next to nothing, i've squeezed them as small as i can, i can start to see the copper on some strands.

No worries Shaun, i think i'll just drill them out myself. I figure new plugs are $6, compared to a new motor which is $250+, so might as well drill the plugs rather than cut the motor wires.
