Well not completely , Travis work is now done (he can now start with his 4WD CORR TRUCK ). I should be able to receive this and start building by Monday or Tuesday. I am still need to find a decent servo, I think the 7955TG is a bit of over kill for this truck. Suggestions are welcome. I am also waiting for the replacement MMM from CC, tracking show it hasn't arrive yet in CC.

Hopefully I could run it before the end of November...

If someone can weigh a stock E-Revo transmission + lower skidplate + all mounting screws + Neu 1512 or 1515 + pinion gear, and provide the entire weight of their truck, then it would be possible to estimate. The corresponding parts on this conversion (bracing + motor + motor mount/support + screws + skidplate) weigh 1lb. 6.6 oz. or 641grams.

I think 9lb. is not a hard goal to accomplish, as long as Lipo and moderately sized tires are used.

After 12hrs of office work and 4hrs of sleep I was so excited to start that I forgot to take photo

I was able to mount the front/rear bulkheads and from arms

I made a custom front drive shaft as the stock E-Revo shaft was too short. The rest fitted perfectly..

Travis, the bottom plate seem to fit perfectly with front and rear skid plates...we'll see as I go along...

I was definitely not expecting the stock E-Revo front driveshaft to be too short... That's a good thing though! That allows the link between the motor and front diff to be stronger.

Can't wait to see more!

Hey Travis, I completed the front and rear and its amazing how you made the measurement..it fitted as if you were expecting the front and rear skids....

I will continue building and post photo

That is great! I just wish all things in my life fit together as nicely...

Quick question, how much lower does the front skid sit than the bottom plate on the conversion?

Thanks emaxxnitro

Made some progress today

Travis look how nice the clearance is for the bottom skids that you made

Additional photo:

Front

Back

To do's
- figure out a way to mount the nerf bars (or just scrap that ideal )
- MOunt the wheels and shocks
- find a suitable servo
- paint the body

Then is a waiting game with CC again ....

Wow, that's awesome! How'd the shock mounts fit to the aluminum plate?

The shock mount just fit nice on the holes...not too fit or loose...as if it was made for it...

was able to mount the shock and wheels

Everything going smooth so far except that my MMM hasnt arrive to CC yet and no feedback about it....Body decal will arrive 3rd week of november so still no testing at this point
