I've actually thought of something similar. Ever see the Chrysler Crossfire SRT6? The wing self adjusts as you go faster to increase the downforce. It would be simple to do with a small servo and 4 channel radio. You could adjust at speed. Or you could use something like a modified OptiDrive so it does it without human input.
