I understand your frustration....I have ordered things, paid for overnight shipping for items that I have needed in 2 days and had it show up 4 days later. I am not bashing Tekin here, just saying that companies often don't pay attention to details like that, which they should. For if they would, customers would come back to purchase more from them.
