its better to bottom out on big jumps, when i say that i dont mean so it smacks into the ground, i mean so that it just bottoms out. if you make the shocks to stiff you might end up bending shafts.

Anyone got a link to those hard springs? i looked on towerhobbies but i couldnt find them, i need them cause the ones that come with it dont have enough spring to push the shock back out properly.
