Ok, I know it has been debated if we can cause a short if one of the ESC bullets hit the heatsink. Well, I say we can because it happened to me. I went to the track to practice on Friday and sure enough a huge spark lit up the body of my car. Pulled the car in off the track and a good 20% of one of my bullets (ESC side) was completely blown off/melted by the short.

It definitely touched the heat sink.
I will post pics a little bit later.
The good news is that this v3 has been working absolutely flawless, so no knock. I have lost count of the races and practice packs. It survived the short and I raced with it today with no problems. Even the fan is still working, but it never comes on...
Sending it back to Castle tomorrow so they can take a look at it.
