Ok, as promised, here are some scans of the manual. I had to shrink them a little to fit within the attachment guidlines (less than 1MB).
on edit - I'll send these to my photobucket and upload them that way.

I tried to do them as attachments, not thumbs...not sure why it came out that way. I'll try again.
