Evolva FE conversion question

I'm in the midst of an Evolva conversion myself. I took the 2-speed apart and used the larger of the 2 gears and the hub of the smaller gear (after turning it down) to make a set screw "spur gear" to go on the jackshaft. I glued the hub (jb weld) into the larger gear. I picked up a Novak 4.5 HV after seeing a Mugen with that system going every bit as fast as the gas cars were.(youtube) I sure wish I could find a diff for the rear! Don
