you can use superglue ( Cyanoacrylate) instead of CA glue( its the same thing) and it does come in a thicker version (gel) and back in the Vienam war the used it in the field in an emergency for covering up wounds

Mike swears by that... I have yet to try it.... didnt seem like it would be healthy

I got a natsy cut at the track last week when mashalling a guy with a custom cut budy clip(the real long ones that go across to both body mounts)and patched it up with some CA and duct tape(butterfly it or what ever to keep it shut even more). Works good in a crunch(kept me in to get 2ed in my main)
